Important Dates for Transition 2025

Transition Days – Save the Date!

We are excited to host two full transition days on Thursday, 10th July, and Friday, 11th July 2025, from 08:25 to 15:00. These days will help your child:
✅ Familiarise themselves with the school environment
✅ Experience fun taster lessons
✅ Meet teachers and classmates

New Intake Families Evening – Wednesday, 9th July 2025

We invite you and your child to attend our New Intake Families Evening, led by Mr. Stephen Farmer, Head of Campus. You will have the opportunity to tour the school, meet your child’s tutor, and connect with key staff members.

Choose a time slot that suits you:

🕕 5:30 – 6:30 PM

The Big Step Summer School - 11th to 15th August 2025

To help students build confidence and prepare for secondary school, The Big Step Summer School will run at our campus. This external program offers engaging activities and a great opportunity to meet new friends.

💰 Cost: £120 for the full week
💳 Secure your place with a £20 deposit (payment plans available)
🍽 50% discount available for pupils entitled to free school meals

Travelling to Campus

Many of our Secondary pupils walk, cycle or scoot to school, but we understand that this can be quite daunting at first for new Year 7s (and their parents!) Luckily if you live near St Martins Primary School, this video made by Sustrans may be really helpful in planning their cycle route from St Martins to CEC.
