Who should I contact?

Please direct your email to just one email address or individual. Contacting multiple staff members on an issue at the same time can blur lines of accountability and slow down the response, although please feel free to copy others in for information.

You can find below the contact details for your relevant query.

For general queries and concerns

If you have a more general academic, pastoral questions or concerns such as around behaviour or friendships, please raise this with your child’s Head of Key Stage in the first instance. They will then be able to either respond themselves, or ensure your message gets to the most appropriate person to get back to you.

When will I hear back?

Schools are busy places, and often our staff have little flexibility in the day to respond to emails. However, it is really important to us that your queries and concerns are resolved quickly.

We will aim to respond to any email or phone message before the end of the next working day. If you have not had a response within two full working days (e.g. if you make contact on a Tuesday and you have not had a response by the end of Thursday) then please forward your email to the ‘escalation contact’ below. They will then be able to support the team that you have contacted to get a response to you as soon as possible.

Walking or cycling to the campus?

Families are encouraged to walk or cycle to the campus where possible. If you do drive to the campus, there is plenty of on road parking available if families continue to park sensibly and safely.

We are located approx 20 minute walk through the Country Park from Cranbrook Train Station.  We are in between two stops for the number 4 (Cranbrook Court Royal) Stagecoach bus.
