Year 11 Students visit Exeter Chiefs

The Year 11 Sports Studies group embarked on an enlightening educational journey centred around a visit to the Exeter Chiefs' stadium and training facilities. This immersive experience not only integrated with the sports studies curriculum but also offered a captivating glimpse into the high-level facilities available.


Guided through the intricacies of the stadium, the group explored diverse areas, including the dugout and seating area, training pitches, changing rooms, physio and medical room, recovery room, and gym facilities. Each step provided a firsthand understanding of the professional environment athletes operate in. The visit culminated in the exploration of the trophy room, serving as a poignant reminder of the tangible rewards reaped through hard work, perseverance, and a winning mentality.


The group thoroughly enjoyed the day, finding inspiration in the impressive surroundings.
